Positive: The villa is located aside of other properties, guests can profit from privacy, silence, amazing garden, admire beautiful plants around the house. The swimming pool is simply stunning! Large, with cristal clear water, located in the garden, a few comfy sunbeds, tables to enjoy afternoon apero. And above all - amazing view for the Tuscan hills. This is a big adventage of the property. The owners - Ruggero and Naïma - are kind and helpful. We could try their specialities: yummy cake, wine, olive oil, fresh eggs, figs straight from the tree. A great pleasure! Convenient location: 10 minutes by car to Cortona, daily shopping could be done even closer, in Camucia. The kitchen is well eqipped to prepare meals for bigger family or group of friends. Guest can do also barbecue. Kids were happy to see the animals on the farm: goats, rabbits, chickens. The villa itself is big, five comfy bedrooms, large living part. Two huge outdoor tables to enjoy family meals! Overall we had a beautiful family time there, thank you!

Negative: - The house is rustic or even old-fashioned. It calls for small reparations, refurbishing here and there. It would be nice for example to upgrade bathrooms. - There are only two small bathrooms with shower, for bigger group it might be problematic. The cabins are rather tight. Second bathroom is accesible from one of the rooms only so in practical terms it is dedicated for the people staying in this room. - Sometimes in the evening we felt unpleasant smell, it was not very problematic, but worth mentioning. - Checkout could be a bit later. - The rental in our case was managed by external private company, not by the owners - we were spammed with confusing mails about payment, communication with this company was not the greatest.
