Positive: Excellent location and view over the ocean is outstanding ! Wonderful facilities and comfortable beds . Good support from the host , Sergio, at all times. We were travelling as a family , so having a washer and tumble dryer plus clothes rack was very important to us . Lovely patio to sit around a dining table , relax and look out at the view was very welcome ! Close to many restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. Covered, on-site parking for one car. You definitely need a car in this area. Excellent access to the highway and about 20 minutes from the Costa Smeralda Airport.

Negative: Everything was well appointed and comfortable. I would have liked more surface space in the kitchen to prepare meals - but that was a small issue compared to the location. A number of stairs up and down to the front door. All over Sardinia, one has to constantly be willing to recycle and separate garbage- plus drop off at various recycling depots on departure from rental properties etc. This is a good thing - but a little tedious when travelling.

Summary: A superb location just north of Olbia and away from the city.
