A brewery with a traditional cafe-restaurant can be found at 400 meters from the villa and many more restaurants and a supermarket at about 6 km away. The picturesque old town of Chania is 25 km away.
The pool level of the villa offers a spacious open plan living room area with a projector and direct access to the pool area as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with an energy fireplace. One bedroom with two bunk beds and a common shower bathroom are also provided on this level.
The top level of the villa has two bedrooms with a double bed each, a common bathroom with a bathtub and large balcony with panoramic nature views. Free wireless internet, air conditioning, TV in every bedroom, washing machine and a dryer are provided.
An attached studio with a separate external entrance from the garden is also offered on the ground floor level and provides a double bed, a small kitchenette with a fridge and a shower bathroom.
