Il Bacio is a beautiful property located at a short distance from the small village of Ciggiano in the hills covered with olive trees that produce one of the finest extra virgin olive oils of Tuscany. The structure, whose construction reflects the Tuscan tradition, is composed of the main stonehouse tastefully renovated in 2014 and a charming dependance.
The rear of the main house, with separated access, is inhabited by the very discreet owner’s family composed by the parents and two adult children.
The property is equipped by the comforts of modern life such as satellite TV, free wi-fi , appliances and interior finishes chosen with care and taste such as wooden beams, stone walls, ... .. Everything is thought to ensure a pleasant stay.
The property is equipped with independent access and electric gate with parking area. The beautiful swimming pool, built on a natural terrace with panoramic views, is located a few meters away from the two houses and is surrounded by terracotta floors and a beautiful lawn.
Each house has indoor and outdoor space with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Guests also have at their disposal a barbecue while tennis fans can enjoy the tennis court (approx. 800 meters distant) upon request to the owner directly.

INTERIOR
MAIN HOUSE (136 square meters)
The main house has two entrances: one from the porch and one by the side of the house with access to the sleeping area of the ground floor.
GROUND FLOOR (80sqm): access from the porch through a door window that overlooks the kitchen with open access on the left side to a large living room with sofas, satellite TV and a large fireplace. On the right side of the kitchen, there are two double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a beautiful stonewall and glass door with direct access to the garden (behind the house), a bathroom with shower, small hall with access to the outdoors (side of the house)
ATTIC (56 sqm): An internal staircase leads upstairs attic (1.30 m height min. - 2.45 m height max.) which consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
DEPENDANCE (36 m)
Entrance into the living area open living room with fireplace and sofa bed and small kitchen equipped, double bedroom with air conditioning and direct access to the outside, bathroom with shower.
There is another bed in the dependance which can be used by a child (this single sleep can be chose between a single sofa bed o pouf-bed located in the master bedroom)
EQUIPMENT: gas burners (2), refrigerator with freezer, small fridge, oven (2), satellite TV (main house), Italian tv (dependance), espresso coffee maker, american coffee maker, kettle, wi-fi internet access, washing machine (to be shared with the owners), air conditioning in the bedrooms.
GARDEN
The structure has private access with electric gate and parking area at guests' disposal.
The outdoor area is mainly composed of a beautiful garden with well-maintained lawn and the beautiful pool which offers wonderful views over the beautiful landscape towards Monte San Savino in the distance and the surrounding hills.
For lunches and dinners with friends, guests can prepare delicious grilled at the barbecue to be enjoyed under the covered veranda of the annex or under the porch of the main house. Both spaces are equipped with table and chairs.
POOL
The beautiful swimming pool, rectangular with stone edge, measures 6mx13m and has a depth ranging from a minimum of 1.20 m up to 2.00m at the highest point.
The pool is located in a sunny position with magnificent views and is equipped with outdoor shower and internal spotlights .
All around the pool, there is a sunbathing area terracotta for sun beds and umbrellas which is surrounded by lawn with olive trees and flowers.
The owners do not use the pool but can use it while guests are not in the property.
