The burgundy couch, 65-inch smart TV and high-speed WiFi (500 Mbps) are there in the living room along with other stylish décor. Enjoy dining with your loved ones in the white oval dining table that sits 6 and feel free to use the fully functional kitchen packed with the essential appliances and cookware you need to create delectable meals for your family or friends.
King-sized beds are waiting in the bedrooms with a sofa bed in one of them. They all have fresh linens to ensure that you will have the best sleep. Both rooms has 55-inch smart TVs and ensuite bathrooms and rain showers and fluffy towels.
Don’t worry about bringing the basic toiletries. Shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, body lotions, and more with a welcome pack.
Guest Access:
Full access to the pool* and gym. Free parking also available at request.
Private pool, private gym, sauna and steam bath for ladies only located on the rooftop.
*Main swimming pool is under maintenance, temporarily you can use the pool on the Health Club floor.
Please note the below timings in which the swimming pool will be exclusive for LADIES ONLY.
Morning : 10:00 AM-12:00 PM
Afternoon : 4:00 PM- 6:00 PM
The Neighborhood:
Surrounded by some of Dubai's best restaurants and cafes, from this apartment it's also only a 10-minute walk to the beach. Nearby is Dubai Marina Mall, offering luxury brands and vibrant nightlife, while the marina provides high-end yacht cruises.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, those options are nearby for you to choose from.
Both the Damac Metro Station and Jumeirah Lakes Towers Tram Station are only a few minutes away since they are interconnected, the former being one of the connections of the tram system to the Dubai metro. If you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall, you can get on a tram. On the other hand, if you want to go to the other famous places of Dubai like the Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates, you can get on the train.
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
