The property includes a 16 meter swimming pool, a tennis court, staff and guard houses. The villa has direct access to the beach with the seawater always maintaining 30 degrees Celsius. Our Chef will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner at your request. You pay for the ingredients which you either buy yourselves or ask the staff to buy. You can use our Nissan X-trail jeep, max 4 persons. You pay for the gasoline and driver Rex 2000 Rs for lunch and 3000 Rs for dinner. 2 sets of golfclubs are available. The Royal Colombo Golf Club is one hour away and the new Canterbury Golf Club is 40 minutes away. Use Rex and the Nissan jeep and have a nice combination of golf and beach.
