Welcome to Beachfront Villa that has recently been renovated. The 2 bedroom 1.5 bath luxury villa is located in the popular area of Duck key alongside of Hawks Cay Resort. Duck Key marina is located across the street where you can dock your boat or charter a boat for the day. Enjoy stunning sunset views from the back porch. Kitchen includes all amenities including silverware ,plates , cups , and pots. Linens and towels provided.
The space
The Beachfront Villa is a luxury 2 bedroom 1.5 bath Townhouse Villa in Hawks Cay that overlooks the Harbor! This unit has gorgeous water views from both the main living space downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs.
The downstairs main level has a recently been renovated and features a contemporary and open-concept layout. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils and pots and pans. The dining area features a rectangular Marble table that will seat up to six guests. The living room features comfortable seating with a water view, 55in Smart TV, and Comfortable sofa bed. Off the living room is the porch where you can watch the sunsets.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV, plus a private balcony with seating and direct open water views. The guest bedroom features a Twin over Full Bunk and 42in Smart TV. The bathroom with shower is located in the hallway between the 2 rooms. The washer and dryer are located on the second level in the Guest Bedroom.
This property does not come with dockage. Duck Key Marina is nearby where you are able to rent dockage, or there is also the Grassy Key Marina (Gulf side about 2 miles away). There are NO trailers of any kind allowed at this property or in the parking lot.
