Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very close to the sea, hosts Jack and Sophie are always around and solve any problem very quickly, coworking with sea views, organized dinners and breakfasts on property with very delicious local food, free ice baths from time to time, free water, coffee and tea, guitar, kitchen, many common spaces to hang out including the beach, cute dogs

Negative: No AC (and since the room is directly under the roof it gets extremely hot, I couldn't stay in the room during the day), no hot water, no shops nearby (not even a kiosk), the rat that runs around kitchen and the dorms, the windows can't be closed so the mosquitos come through (and there are a lot of them), the curtain isn't covering the window properly so in the evening the entire street can see everything in the room (unless you get creative and find a way to cover), the rooftop was shabby and dusty so it wasn't inviting to sit anywhere, it also didn't have a sun protection, so it couldn't be used during the day and during the night it's also impossible to use due to all the mosquitos, the food in the nearby restaurants is so so (mostly fried rice fried noodle fried kottu and maybe some burgers and sandwiches) and quite expensive, electricity blackouts didn't bother me much since everything was back within 10-20 minutes but it can be crucial for someone working and using WiFi, very loud noise from the construction in front (and they haven't even laid the foundation yet) that sometimes work even at night so earplugs are essential also because there is some repetitive peeping/squeacking noice coming in the morning that might wake you up earlier than you planned
