Avella is an Italian town ofinhabitants in the province of Avellino in Campania. The cultivation of hazelnuts is renowned, which takes its name from this municipality. In Latin the fruit of the hazelnut is called nux avellana, while in Catalan, Spanish, Portuguese and Occitan the hazelnut is called respectively avellana, avellana, avelã and avelana.
Located in the heart of a large basin of the Campania Apennines, it is surrounded to the north by the mountains of Avella and to the north-east by Montevergine, both part of the Partenio mountains. The most important watercourse that passes through this municipality is the Clanio, now impoverished.
The climate of Avella is sub-Mediterranean, with generally temperate but rainy winters, with possible frost and frosts; in summer drought predominates in the area with rare rains and westerly and sirocco winds. The vegetation is quite rich, with a prevalence of hazelnut groves that produce the precious "avellane hazelnuts" (whose wood is mentioned by Gabriele D'annunzio in "the shepherds"), but the production of fruit and vegetables is also important.
The ancient Abella, whose inhabited area partly coincided in the Samnite and Roman age with the easternmost of the two nuclei of the current historic center, was of importance, among the medium-small centers of Campania, even if it was surpassed in importance and size by nearby Nola.
It is located on the road that connected and still connects the Campana plain with the Sabato valley and the Sannio Irpino, a less easy road than the Via Appia (which used the Arpaia pass); the position and cultivation of the precious nux Abellana (hazelnut) (from which the names of the Portuguese, Castilian, Catalan and Occitan "hazelnut" derive: avelã, avellana, avelana) constituted an economic resource, to which the exploitation of the woods and breeding in the higher areas.

Mimosa apartment of recent construction, owes its name to a mimosa tree located at the entrance. It is an open space equipped with every comfort with a simple and linear design with vintage elements of the time.
The loft, Mimosa of about 80 square meters with independent entrance, consists of a double bedroom, large living room with two French sofa beds, kitchenette and private bathroom with large shower. (Sleeps 5/6).
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, fridge, TV, free Wifi, washing machine, iron, clothesline.
it has a fully furnished kitchen, with all the necessary utensils (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths, etc.), there is also a microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Guests can take advantage of the large, well-kept outdoor areas with garden furniture, wood-burning oven and barbecue

Arrivo
Art. 2 – Il check-in può essere effettuato dalle ore 15:00 in poi previo accordi con il locatore e/o preposto;
Art. 2.1 – Il conduttore ed eventuali singoli ospiti devono essere in possesso di un documento di riconoscimento valido;
Partenza
Art. 3 – Il check-out deve essere effettuato entro e non oltre le ore 11:00 previo accordi con il locatore e/o preposto;
Art. 3.1 – Il locatore e/o preposto al momento del check-out ha la facoltà di visionarie e segnalare eventuali danni e/o deterioramenti di ogni genere provocati dal conduttore e dagli ospiti alla struttura indicando la stima del danno in euro per un eventuale rimborso.
Durante il soggiorno
Art. 4 – Durante il soggiorno è consentita la presenza di animali domestici i quali saranno sempre a seguito del proprio padrone, e mai lasciati in alloggio da soli. Art. 4.1 – Il conduttore e gli ospiti possono usufruire liberamente degli spazi comuni interni ed esterni seguendo le regole di buona educazione e nel rispetto della natura e dell'ambiente;
Art. 4.1 – Il locatore e/o preposto declina ogni responsabilità per lo smarrimento, furto o danneggiamento di oggetti di proprietà degli ospiti lasciati in camera o negli spazi comuni;
Divieti
Art. 5 – Nelle camere da letto è assolutamente vietato usare fornelli o simili per la preparazione dei cibi;
Art. 5.1 – Il pernottamento negli alloggi è consentito al solo numero di persone indicate al momento della prenotazione;
Art. 5.2 – Nella struttura durante il periodo di soggiorno vige il divieto di organizzare feste e/o eventi e far sostare altre persone che non siano registrate, in caso di visite brevi si informerà il responsabile della struttura.
