MAIN HOUSE
The main living area is on the ground floor with exposed stone walls, an original fireplace, balcony with Majella mountain views, and newly fitted kitchen featuring quality appliances, and full bathroom with laundry. The property has gas central heating throughout and free parking on the street outside.
Comfortably sleeps four people but the property can accommodate up to six, with the addition of the studio apartment at extra cost. There are two bedrooms, both on the first floor, with balconies and village or mountain views. The bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and exposed stone walls. The master has an ensuite bathroom, with spacious two person shower, and air conditioning. The second bedroom also has a toilet and washbasin.
STUDIO APARTMENT
The studio apartment features exposed stone walls & original fireplace, with newly fitted kitchen and bathroom and views to the Majella mountains. There is gas central heating, private street entrance or access via main house, and sleeps two comfortably.
Both the main house and studio apartment have wifi access and internet televisions.
In a great location at the centre of the village there is a Cafe/Bar within 50m, nearest supermarket 130m (second one 300m), butcher 160m, pharmacy 150m, there is also a fabulous restaurant within a two minute drive.
Palombaro is a great base to explore the area with the charming towns of Casoli and Pennapiedimonte within a 15 minute drive, the stunning Trabocchi Coast 45 minutes away and skiing at Passo Lanciano & Roccaraso less than an hour away. There are also great walks to be found, Gole de Fara San Martino is a short drive away as is Bocca di Valle to name just a few. For cyclists the famous Blockhaus is an hour away.
You can drive from Pescara Airport to our home in just under an hour and Rome Fiumicino Airport is a little under three hours away. Or take the train.
Guest access
Guests can only access the main house when booked for up to four people. Bookings for up to six guests will open access to the studio apartment beneath the house. The studio apartment can be accessed from the main house and also via a separate private street door.
