The Space:
The bright living room has spectacular Marina views. Relax on the big couch or sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenes or enjoy your favourite cup of coffee. There are cable TV & fast WiFi. The kitchen has appliances for any meal.
The bedroom is a haven with cozy mattress with it's own private ensuite with Marina and sea view. Soft towels are provided with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel for a pleasant stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to infinity pool, gym and parking. Please be advised that there is an on-going construction in the surrounding area of the property building.
*Please be informed that the deep cleaning and maintenance of the pool will be carried out on Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 6.30am pm to 8.30 am. Pools will be functional after 8:30 a.m.
The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.
The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.
With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.
Getting Around:
The parking is available if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a bus, water bus, tram, or train, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.
The Marina Walk water bus station is only a 7-minute walk. The its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Promenade.
The Marina Towers tram station is 9 minutes away. You can get on this one if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Marina Mall, and more. This also connects to a metro station if you like to go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates).
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
