Built in the 18th century, Il Casale has been recently renovated keeping its original structure intact and taking care of the furnishings in perfect Umbrian style. Il Casale di Ceci is located within the Valverde estate, 500 hectares of rolling hills that have been organically grown for 30 years now.
On the ground floor we find the main apartment, an apartment consisting of a large living room of 90m² with a large fireplace, a large dining table and a billiard table.
There is a large kitchen with a wood-burning stone oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a five-burner gas stove.
A dedicated bathroom on the floor, with a separate toilet room from the hand-washing room equipped with two sinks.
The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds) overlooking the garden surrounding the Casale.
Each room has an independent bathroom, with bath or shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. One of the bathrooms is adapted for guests with disabilities.
