Ubicato al terzo piano con ascensore, in un signorile e tranquillo parco adiacente alla fermata della circumvesuviana, treno con cui arrivare in pochi minuti al centro di Napoli, agli scavi di Pompei, Ercolano e Oplonti, per poi proseguire verso la costiera sorrentina e amalfitana; con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si raggiunge l'antico porto borbonico del Granatello, restaurato e punto di incontro della movida notturna grazie alla presenza di numerosi bar e ristorantini tipici, qui un traghetto collega direttamente Portici con la magnifica isola di Capri. Da visitare anche il museo nazionale ferroviario di Pietrarsa: prima strada ferrata d'Italia (1839) che collegava Napoli a Portici; merita una visita la Reggia borbonica di Portici, a 5 minuti a piedi dal parco e sede del dipartimento di Agraria dell'Università Federico II, che degrada fino al mare con il suo ameno bosco. E' possibile organizzare tour a piedi e a cavallo per il Vesuvio. Appena fuori il parco si trovano Farmacia, bar, supermarket, ristoranti e negozi per lo shopping.
