Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was in a great location. Close to the centre of town and short walking distance to the gondola. The views of the Matterhorn were great.

Negative: The internal doorways are very short as well as the slanted roof in the rooms so we were constantly hitting our heads. The property has two doors to enter as well as staircases that are quite steep before entering into the actual apartment. From the first door there is a shared lobby area that has entrance into another apartment but also to the apartments bathroom. We weren’t aware of this shared area that we also had to access to get to our bathroom so we continuously had to lock and unlock our front door to access the bathroom. The kitchen was also fully equipped but throughout our whole trip we did not have cutlery, we had to purchase some to use from the grocery store.
