The Apartment Belvedere in Kuens was opened in autumn 2022.
At 750 metres above sea level in the midst of greenery, you will feel absolute tranquillity. A fantastic, sunny view of the surrounding mountain landscape and the Merano valley basin awaits you.
Our communal garden with pool and outdoor shower is also at your disposal.
High-quality natural materials such as tadelakt, clay, natural stone, larch and Swiss stone pine were used in the design of the flat. These sustainable, antique building materials with a spiritual character have proven themselves
have proven their worth to this day and are currently experiencing a renaissance.
Special trends in smart technology have been installed in the flat. You can expect high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming services, enchanting light shows as well as indirect LED and dimmable ceiling lighting, which make the evening hours together special.
