Sara Home 2 is located right in the very centre of Sorrento, just a few metres from the Porta di Parsano, the only surviving trace of the ancient walls that once surrounded and defended the city. On passing through this “Porta” (gate), you’ll find yourself on the main street Corso Italia, a few metres from Piazza Tasso in the heart of Sorrento, with its characteristic alleyways, bars, restaurants and shops.
The apartment is a few hundred metres from the train station, bus station and taxi rank. From here, it’s possible to use either of these services to visit various nearby destinations: Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Pompeii and Naples. Just 700 metres away is Marina Grande, a typical fishing village, famous for its restaurants, Beachfront and also for being the filming location of some of Sophia Loren’s most famous films. Also 700 metres away is the Marina Piccola port. From here, it’s possible to take the hydrofoil to the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida. You can also rent boats of all sizes, with or without a boatman, so you can enjoy the coastal waters at your leisure.
Sara Home 2 is located on the second floor of a building with a lift.
You won’t need a car to stay at Sara Home 2, but if you do arrive by car, you’ll be able to park for a fee in a nearby public car park.
THE TERRACE is furnished with a small table, a sofa, outdoor armchairs and an awning. You access the terrace from the first lounge.
THE LOUNGE is large and bright and has comfortable and stylish furnishings. These furnishings include a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining table for four people. Here, you’ll also find the kitchen area, containing a two-hob induction stove, a fridge with freezer, a microwave and grill, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker and other small appliances. The lounge is fitted with air conditioning and heating.
THE BEDROOM contains a double bed (on request this can be converted into two single beds) and a TV. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You get to the bedroom from the lounge.
THE BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet, bidet, shower, bath and hairdryer. You get to the bathroom from the lounge.
THE LAUNDRY AREA contains a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
