The closest beach is approx a 10 minute walk while a 10 minute stroll takes you down to the port and in 20 minutes into the old town of Nice. Fantastic restaurants and evening entertainment are all within easy walking distance. Also close by, a 10 minute walk is a large supermarket or within a few minutes you will find a mini-market providing the basic essentials. A communal pool with separate kiddies pool is located within the grounds and the apartment also has a private parking space in the underground car park. The accommodation includes a balcony with dining table and chairs. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet.The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and induction hob.
