Positive: Once we arrived a cute cat Biba welcomed us with a playful greeting. Then we met Annalisa and showed us around. She was very kind and helpful to recommend places. We loved our room, it was clean, comfortable and with a nice view. We also enjoyed the breakfast with the homemade and fresh sweets. Everything was nice overall!
