Modern, functional but also green, by taking advantage of solar energy, everything has been thought out and arranged for the comfort of its 10 to 12 occupants. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 1 en-suite bedroom on the main level and 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms upstairs. The top floor has been repurposed to house a dormitory for children which can be prepared on request.
The bright living room crosses floor-through from east to west and its large sliding windows set into the walls extend the interior space. To the west, facing the sea, you will enjoy a beautiful terrace where you can share your meals, have a drink while contemplating the sunset or relax by the heated and secure swimming pool (heated from mid-April to the end of October). To the east, the dry stone garden levels, adorned with aromatic plants and the terraces with warm and intimate atmospheres overlook the woodlands.
As soon as you wake up, this enchanting setting will take you to the water's edge for a morning swim where you can revel in the beauty of the seabed. Oursinières beach and the rocky cliffs are a short walk from the house. The old coastal path will take you to the Garonne beach (10 mins walk), the bakery and the small local supermarket. A must-do walk!
Here the activities are many and cater to all tastes: boules court, diving club or boat rental on the port, hiking trails with breathtaking panoramas, visit of the Cap Garonne mining museum, nautical club on the beach of the Garonne (windsurfing, optimist sailing, paddle boards, catamarans, pedalos, etc.).
But also a few minutes by car: Monaco beach, Bonnettes beach, town of Pradet (very lively, especially in summer), Toulon and its transformed city centre to re-discover.
