Guests can arrive via the main coastal road through a secure, automatic gate where the private parking area is (one parking space available for small or medium-sized cars). From there, a short flight of 15 steps leads to a spectacular 60-m² main terrace, fully furnished for open-air living with sun loungers, a parasol, an al fresco dining area, a small plunge pool (2.40x2.40, 1.10 deep, open from April 1st to October 31), and a portable charcoal barbecue— the perfect setting for sunset dinners with a view.

The ground floor features a bright and stylish living area with a large sofa, flat-screen TV, fireplace, and a dining table for six. Natural light floods the space through large French doors that open directly onto the main terrace. An internal staircase of 10 steps leads to the upper floor, which houses comfortable and tastefully furnished three bedrooms. A second modern bathroom on this level ensures privacy and practicality for all guests.
