It is located on the first floor of an independent private building, but the whole apartment is developed on one floor. the furniture is new and well preserved, the large wardrobes and the new sofas. Fireplace in the living room to enjoy evenings based on meat and typical local products. Each bedroom has a new flat-screen TV.

✅One small and medium-sized pet is accepted
✅Consumption is only partially included in the monthly rent
(if gas/electricity usage exceeds 500 euros, money will be deducted from deposit)
✅Security deposit will be returned within 7 days from checkout.
✅An additional mandatory fee of 150 euros will be charged monthly and it will be covering administration costs, deep cleaning and weekly changing of linens and sheets.
