Tor Hatch is a spacious house that offers plenty of room for your group to spread out. Downstairs features a large kitchen with adjoining snug, dining room with great views and doors opening onto the garden, a sitting room with roaring open fire and a huge conservatory. There are 5 double bedrooms upstairs with stunning views, all individually styled in a unique country house fashion. The voluptuous master bedroom is something to behold, complete with a two-room en suite. There is also a hidden gem to be found in the garden, just a few feet from the main house! The Garden Room is a separate lodge with large double bed and its own en suite bathroom. This offers 2 of your group a little extra privacy during their stay, whilst still able to enjoy all of the socialising in the main house. Tor Hatch Cottage is a pretty holiday home set next to the grand main house of Tor Hatch. The cottage overlooks a wide picturesque valley in the Surrey Hills, with access to the owners’ huge garden and footpaths beyond. Dogs are welcome and with an enclosed outside space and abundant walking opportunities, this is a great base to put your walking boots on and clear your head with a walk across the fields to one of the local villages and pubs. Tor Hatch Cottage offers two double bedrooms, a comfortable sitting room and well-equipped kitchen area. If you still have some energy to burn after the swimming and tennis and you can tear yourself away from this oasis, there are plenty of cycle routes in the area that are very popular - with an abundance of quiet lanes and traditional villages to explore. Dogs are welcomed too and with plenty of walking opportunities on your doorstep, this is also a great base to put your walking boots on and clear your head with a walk across the fields to one of the local pubs. It is perfect for a weekend escape from the city and is within a half hour drive of London suburbs such as Epsom, Esher and Weybridge. 2 dogs permitted per property - please keep under control in the garden as there is livestock in the neighbouring fields. 1 cot (please bring bedding) and 1 high chair available per property on request. This property does not accept stag or hen parties. There is a swimming pool in the grounds; please ensure children are supervised at all times. There is an additional charge for the use of the swimming pool. The swimming pool is heated 1st May - 30th September (by arrangement with the owner). If you are a group of 14 or under and do not need access to The Garden Room, please contact us as we may be able to offer a small discount. A security deposit of £400 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
