The cottage is a dependence of a villa, which is occupied by the owners during the summer months. In nearby San Feliciano you can promenade along the shore, eat fish or take the ferry to the small romantic islands of the lake. The two larger towns of the lake Castiglione del Lago and Passignano invite with various restaurants, bars and stores to stroll. Also within easy reach, in less than an hour's drive, are the nearby Umbrian and Tuscan towns of Perugia (20 km), Cortona (30 km), Arezzo (60 km), Montepulciano (30 km) , Pienza (40 km) and many more.
