This beautiful independent vacation home is situated on a hill overlooking the Maremma countryside, about 2 km from the nearest town of Giuncarico and about 20 km from the extensive sandy beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia and the Gulf of Follonica. The vacation home is surrounded by a large natural outdoor area with private swimming pool. On the first floor you will find a large living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, whereas the 1st floor has another smaller, simpler kitchen, a small living room, five double bedrooms, three of which with additional extra bed and four shower bathrooms. In the large outdoor area there are table and chairs and a barbecue. In about 15 km the golf course "Il Pelagone", about 30 km the thermal baths of Venturina. Visit also the characteristic medieval towns of Massa Marittima, Gavorrano, Scarlino and Vetulonia, the latter famous for its perfectly preserved Etruscan necropolis.
