The accommodation provides internet connection, air conditioning throughout the house, mosquito nets on all windows. All bedrooms have a TV, mini-refrigerator and safe. The laundry room is located in an external room (30 meters from the villa) and it is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board.

The villa (520 sq.mt.), elegantly restored whilst maintaining the rustic Tuscan style, is on 2 levels and is equipped with every modern comfort. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens on the right onto the living room with TV and direct outdoor access, while on the left, there is access to a spacious dining area with 2 sofas, TV and direct outdoor access, a large and beautiful well-equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower (one of which has direct outdoor access). The ground floor is completed by a second kitchen and a beautiful glazed veranda that can be used as a dining room with direct outdoor access. Two staircases lead to the first floor, onle leading in one wing with 3 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower, the second leading to the other wing of the villa, with 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower. In the Annex (120 sq.mt.): living room with TV, kitchen corner and dining area with direct outdoor access, 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower. Important information
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May until the 30th of September. In case of blackout, an electric generator is available in the property. The property can be reached via 1.5 km of dirt road, not suitable for sports cars.
