The apartment overlooks the valley of Mugello, backs on to the Tuscan-emilian Apennines and is surrounded by woods of oak and chestnut trees, interrupted here and there by little allotments of vegetable garden and olive trees.
The "fireplace" apartment is 45 square metres. It consists of one double bedrooms, one bathroom, one large living – room with a bright kitchen and a lounge area.
Outside the apartment there is a garden where you can eat in the open air.
All windows are in front of the valley of Mugello.
Is the ideal place to visit, alone or with friends, for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The garden is organized so that it is possible to relax in privacy. There are plenty of footpaths for those keen on walking, mountain biking and trekking.
A little swimming pool will refresh your hot days here und will amuse your children. Other facilities, such as a private football ground, a ping-pong table are put at your disposal for a total relax.
You will be in direct touch with the nature and the peasants' everyday life of the hilly district of Mugello. If you are interested in knowing more about the products of our land, you could also directly join the landlady on the field, trying to get acquainted with the tricks of the trade.
