On the first floor there is a living area with fireplace and dining room, sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Some rooms have a furnished panoramic terrace where you can relax with a good glass of wine and spectacular views of the sea and the Gulf. A large and inviting veranda overlooking the underlying cliff will make for an unforgettable vacation. Here you can read a book, sunbathe and enjoy fantastic views of the sea and surrounding countryside. This is an ideal starting point to visit the area rich in natural and cultural beauties. From here you can reach in a short time Soverato, known as the "Pearl of the Ionian Sea" and center of social life thanks to its promenade with clubs, concerts, discos, restaurants. Visit also the historical center of Stalettì with its panorama from Isola Capo Rizzuto to Punta Stilo. In 40 minutes by car you can reach the international airport of Lamezia Terme.
