Located in the heart of Chianti just 3km from the center of Radda in Chianti 20 min from Siena and 45 Min fro Florence. Please note our rental week begins each Saturday and ends the following Saturday and we have a minimum of 7 nights. If your desired stay bridges a Saturday, we are glad to rent so long as there is 10 consecutive nights during the period bridging 2 weeks. This is due that our rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. Centrally located in this small romantic hamlet, surrounded by Vineyards. Built from traditional Tuscan stone, the property has been exceptionally well restored in ‘09, retaining many of its original features from the 1600’s. This is the perfect property for couples wanting a romantic holiday.
The property has handmade terracotta tiled flooring and traditional tiled and beamed high ceilings throughout. The furnishings have been carefully chosen to create a stylish modern interior.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with two leather sofas and chairs, and has a flat screen TV with DVD and video player at one end.
The dining area has double doors which lead out to a small private terrace which has a table with 4 seats and barbeque. The kitchen fully equipped and is opposite the family tv room. The Master bedroom had a king bed with private full bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a private bath. Many windows which look out to the front of the property and let in plenty of light.
