Villa Raissa is a 200 sqm house with 400 sqm. of external surface divided between terraces and garden and surrounded by olive and lemon groves.
Located on the famous Amalfi Coast Road (SS 163), it is at 1.7 km from the center of Positano and in addition boasts fantastic views of the sea and the "Li Galli" Island.
It is possible to enjoy these views from every room in the house and also while having lunch or dinner on the beautiful terrace.
Laurito Beach can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
This property is also close to the famous "Path of the Gods". The Path of the Gods is also famous thanks to its sky-line among the most evocative and famous in the world.
It crosses the Amalfi coast, rich in Mediterranean scrub, the Lattari Mountains that plunge into the blue sea of the coast from which you can see the Island of Capri.
Its name derives from historical facts and legends according to which the Greek gods passed through here to save Ulysses from the sirens that were on the Island of Li Galli.

The Villa is spread over two floors.
It hosts four bedrooms (1 master suite and 3 queen bedrooms), three bathrooms with shower, plus a service bathroom, a large living room and a kitchen.
Villa Raissa has air conditioning, heating and wi-fi throughout the rooms.
The main entrance is on the ground floor, where you enter the spacious and elegant living area (70 sqm).
In this living room you and your loved ones can sink into the two comfortable sofas, where you will enjoy the warmth of the beautiful fireplace (obviously not necessary in the summer).
Also flat screen TV with hundreds of international channels.
Kitchen:
The large kitchen (18 sqm) is well equipped and it is also accessible from the patio.
It is fully equipped with refrigerator / freezer, six-burner gas stove, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, American coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, mocha, toaster, blender, icemaker, microwave oven and even an electric kettle.
The kitchen also opens onto the dining area, furnished with a spectacular large round wooden table.
Here you will find classic and modern paintings and antiques.
The living room of Villa Raissa leads to one of the four bedrooms. All four bedrooms have private balconies and terrace access.

For the 2022 season a new 10-seat heated jacuzzi and pizza oven.
The villa is also suitable for hosting events in the garden with a capacity of 30 seats or for buffets with 80 people.
A cot and high chair are also available for guests.
