The apartment also has a private garden, very comfortable during summer.
The house is fully furnished and the utilities are based on consumption. Included in the rent are the "spese condominiali", which include warm water in the winter period.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, well served by public transportation and close to stores and restaurants. It is ideally located for those studying at university or wanting to discover the charms of Florence.
Utilities are calculated on a pay-as-you-go basis.
At the check-in is required an administration fees of 50€ per month of stay
Due to COVID-19 regulations, all rooms must be delivered freshly painted and sanitized. Rooms are handed over in this condition, and after the stay, they must be returned in the same manner – painted and sanitized – to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Students enrolled at the university must provide proof of enrollment and specify their faculty at the time of application.
