The house is 130sqm in total and consists of a large and well-lit entrance hall which leads to a large and modern kitchen with balcony. The kitchen is full-equipped with everything you could possibly need including a refrigerator, sink, oven, hob, utensils, and even a washing machine! You will also find a large dining table with chairs so you can enjoy shared meals with your flatmates. The apartment is in a building with a lift for your comfort and also includes two bathrooms (including sink, shower, toilet, and bidet) and 4 large bedrooms, all furnished new and modern, very bright.
The apartment is very well located, with a number of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops all available within walking distance. The main train station of Florence, Firenze Campo di Marte, is just a 15 minute walk away, whilst the nearest bus stop (Volta Cocchi: line 7) is just 50 metres away, easily connecting you to the rest of the city.
