The house has an outdoor dining area under the pine trees, as well as sun loungers. Hammocks hang under the pines not far from the swing. The enclosed garden is a real children's playground, with a petanque area. Further up, another plot planted with olive, lemon and orange trees leads to a rocky promontory with magnificent sea views.
The house covers an area of around 105 m² and comprises the following rooms: a living room with two double sofa beds and one that can be converted into a 3-person bedroom; the living room with a wood-burning stove, followed by the kitchen and the first bathroom. Then there is a space comprising two bedrooms and a second bathroom. Beautiful, fully-equipped garden, deckchairs, hammocks, barbecues, swings.......
This charmingly renovated former sheepfold is completely self-contained in a very natural, wild setting. You can enjoy your meals inside or, of course, at the outdoor table under the pine trees. The outdoor shower is particularly appreciated in the hot season. The view of the sea in the distance, the hammocks and deckchairs under the pine trees and the magnificent beaches in a protected area make this a little corner of 'paradise'. The surrounding paths allow you to explore the maquis on foot or by bike, and discover the wild plateaux where nature is unspoilt. Orosei, with its very authentic historic centre, is just ten minutes away by car. It's a great place to stroll, sip a drink under the mulberry trees and explore the many churches. You can enjoy a wide variety of walks along the shore in the Gulf of Oroséi, where the maquis and maritime pines are omnipresent and the scents enchanting! Mountain bikes are available to help you discover the wild plateaux and coastal paths. Documentation and walking guides will help you get to know the area quickly.
