REGULAR UNIT @ $325/ night - $1,950 Total for 6 nights at HARBORSIDE ATLANTIS 1 Bedroom Villa -- 6 days & nights of fun for up to 4 guests. The regular unit has approximately 550 sq. ft. of space and features another entryway. It is separate from the other section of the "lockoff," and there is no need to share or even communicate with guests who may be staying in the other section.

This Villa is available ONLY Sunday, August 24 (4 pm) to Saturday, August 30 (by 10 am) for 6 nights.) Guests MUST rent for all 6 nights in full.

The maximum occupancy is 4; a full kitchen and dining for 4. Cook in the privacy of your VILLA, or go out to fabulous restaurants every night at Atlantis - Harborside provides FREE SHUTTLE to ALL ATLANTIS attractions and restaurants... including the Casino.. Free pass for all 4 guests for access to the Atlantis property, restaurants, beach, casino, and (paid) golf. This includes beach towels, which may be picked up & dropped off at any Atlantis swimming area.

By the way, there is also a disappearing edge pool right outside your door within Harborside, along with a convenient, open-air restaurant and bar, both on the premises.

A maximum of 4 guests may stay in the villa. Accommodations include two beds: a queen in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. No additional "roll-away" beds are provided or allowed.

FURTHER DESCRIPTION: This is a one-bedroom "lockoff" villa. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, 2-burner stove top (some have a 4-burner stove), microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. The dining area is open to the living room, and a washer and dryer are tucked behind a closet door.

The villa includes unlimited access for all guests to the Atlantis water park, beaches, The Dig, and more. You will receive a wristband for each person in your party and towels for all towel concessions (located at the pools) across Atlantis. There are restaurants, bars, and lounges throughout Atlantis offering everything from fine dining to smaller fast-food concessions. One of the casual restaurants is located on the Harborside property; others are a short (free) shuttle ride away. You can also grab a quick bite poolside, indulge in endless buffets, or enjoy family-style meals. You can also cook in your own villa using groceries and supplies from a small concession in the check-in area of Harborside. There is also a local, walkable food store, or you can plan a trip across the bridge to Nassau via a Harborside shuttle.

Aquaventure is an Atlantis Paradise Island water park, a one-of-a-kind 141-acre waterscape with complimentary admission for all Atlantis guests including Harborside. Atlantis includes high-speed water slides, a mile-long river ride with rolling rapids and wave surges, 20 swimming areas, a spectacular kids water-play fort, and 11 unique and refreshing swimming pools. Harborside features a kid-friendly pool with a zero-entry area and a kiddie pool. Scuba, Snorkel, Shark Adventures, Snuba, Stingray swim: The Bahamas have been voted “Best Place to Dive with Big Animals”
Youngsters aged 3 - 6 years can wade into an exciting world filled with marine animals with the “Sea Squirts” program.

CASINO: The innovatively designed casino is the largest in the Caribbean with 800 of the newest slot machines, 79 table games, and experienced staff.

Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc do not merit a refund. This contract specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable villa if caused by the Coronavirus pandemic or the government of The Bahamas.
