Escape to Kiawah Island and experience a wonderful island vacation that you won’t forget! This first floor Parkside villa is just a short walk from Kiawah’s pristine, private 10 mile long beach. This villa does not have access to a pool, but it is centrally located in the East Beach area of the island, and all of the island amenities are within easy reach!

This Parkside villa is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath coastal-living inspired space that you won't want to leave. Enjoy relaxing on the deck, in the screened-in porch or out the back door in Night Heron park.

This villa does not have access to a pool. The fire place does not work.

** please note that there are smart TVs in the living room and primary bedroom with Youtube TV, but no cable TV offered. You can enjoy your favorite streaming services.**
