The space
A luxury property containing custom-built high-end furniture and unique lighting features throughout. The living space contains a large sofa to seat more than four people with an accompanying lounge chair, a wall-mounted TV, and a dining table to seat six. Guests are treated to a fully furnished terrace with both formal seating and sun loungers. The kitchen features stunning marble counter-tops and splashboard with dark wood cabinetry, that comes fully equipped with all necessary appliances to include a toaster, kettle and coffee machine for your convenience.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom offers a generous well lit space, furnished with a premium King sized bed dressed in top-end bedding and bedside tables with lamp lighting. Guests will have access to a wardrobe for all of their holiday essentials and more. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a plunge-tub, double basins and a large walk in shower unit and a separate toilet, unit along with a well lit mirrors and ample space for toiletries.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is equipped with premium Queen sized bed and bedding, mood lighting, and en suite bathroom with rain shower facilities.
Guest access
As part of a luxury hotel, the guests are also awarded the same experience with access to landscaped gardens, roof terraces, swimming pools, outdoor Jacuzzis, and a fully equipped gym. Guests also have the luxury of having the beach right on their doorstep!
Other things to note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
We provide one complimentary cleaning session once each 7 nights stay.
Eligible guests (Stays for 7 Nights or more) are entitled for the cleaning sessions.

Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it or take the monorail through it, The Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stay that boats plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels in such as the infamous ‘Atlantis The Palm’ with world famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.
In the immediate vicinity you can stroll along Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighbouring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa or the trendy DIFC for Fine Dining experiences Dubai style.
Getting around
There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxi’s are at a plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
