Free public parking can be availed that is opposite the building.
The Neighborhood:
International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) is now changed to the name Dubai Production City (DPC). It is a free zone that is built for media production companies in Dubai. It is right next to the Sports City and near Discovery Gardens.
It is a quiet place where people can rest from the busy hubs in Dubai. If you appreciate solitude, IMPZ may just be the right place for you. Even if it is far from the city, it has supermarkets, restaurants like The Creamers House Cafe, a mall (City Centre Me'aisem), bus stops, etc.
The environment is peaceful and is similar to that of a quiet, suburban lifestyle without the villas. An overall a budget-friendly, pet-friendly area, and slightly secluded side of Dubai minus the hustle and bustle of the city.
Getting Around:
The parking is available if you have your own car. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a private ride.
The property has easy access to Sports City, Motor City, Studio City, Production City, and the rest of Dubai.
City Centre Me'aisem, supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants can be reached by walking.
If you want to go around Dubai without a taxi or a car, you can walk to the nearest bus stop which is only 4 minutes away. F34 Bus goes to the Dubai Cricket Stadium, Autodrome Stadium, Spinneys Supermarket, Mall of the Emirates, and more.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
