The Space:
This beautiful and stylish studio apartment awaits you, located in the heart of Downtown Dubai!
Every corner is functional. The sleek white desk can be used either as a workspace or set it up as a table when you want to grab a quick bite. Or enjoy al fresco dining on the spacious balcony that sits six!
While most typical kitchen in studio apartments are open, this one stands out but seems undetected. The solid brown storage and elegant black combination adds flexibility to its unique design. Prepare your morning coffee with enthusiasm or your meals altogether. The appliances, cookware, and dishes/silverware are all available for your use.
Sleep comfortably in the queen-sized bed with its fresh linen and cozy mattress. Right across the bed is a cable TV mounted against the wall. Chill and enjoy reading your favourite book while you snug yourself on the soft couch.
The bathroom has soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion provided for you to make you more at home.

Guests have full access to pool, gym and parking is also available upon request.
The Neighborhood:
Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and a lot of more exciting places are in Downtown Dubai making it a busy hub and a prime location. You will have restaurants, cafes, and more surrounding you. You can also easily access Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!
The architecture of the buildings in this place can make anyone look up to admire them in daylight or even night-time. Buildings are built and modelled after some famous ones around the world.
There are many places that you can visit in Downtown Dubai as it is one of the locations that tourists and residents go. High-end stores, restaurants, and shops can be found around here, and the beach (Kite Beach) is only about 15 minutes away. You can be sure to enjoy every bit of it!

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai by riding a train or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop with the Bus F13 that goes to the Dubai Mall and its adjacent metro station. You can either stroll in the mall or get on a train to go around Dubai easily. The Business Bay metro station is a few minutes away if you want to walk instead. The Dubai metro system is also connected to a tram that can bring you to JBR, Dubai Marina, Knowledge Village, Media City, and others. This tram system is also linked to the monorail towards Palm Jumeirah.
Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).
The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (30min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
***Please be advised that there will be maintenance and renovations taking place within the common lobby area from 23rd September 2024 to 30th November 2024. During this process, access to the lobby areas will be restricted whereas residents and guests will be required to utilise alternative routes to access the elevators. Temporary access will be guided by proper signage and dedicated concierge personnel will be present during the period as per the facility management.
It is strongly recommended to approach to security personnel or a facility staff upon arrival for assistance to avoid inconveniences.
***Please be informed that as a part of the ongoing lobby refurbishment project, basement 3 lift lobby access will be temporarily closed from 14th november to 27th november 2024, during this period residents and visitors are requested to use the alternative route through basement 1 and 2 to access the lift lobby. we appologise for the inconvinience this may cauase and thank you in advance for your patience.
