- One air-conditioned bedroom with an amazingly comfortable king-size bed with Orthosomatic "COCO-MAT" mattress from 100% natural organic materials for an incredibly comfortable night's sleep!
- One separate spacious sitting room that is also used as a second bedroom for 3 or 4 member families by easily transforming the available sofa into 2 comfortable single orthopedic beds. A flat 32'' TV set is also available in the sitting room.
- One fully equipped kitchen/dining room furnished with table, chairs, sideboards, cooker, refrigerator, kitchen sink, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, water boiler, and all the necessary facilities for cooking.
- One luxurious private and comfortable Bathroom/WC with cold/hot water.
- Two balconies (one big private and a smaller entrance balcony), with a PANORAMIC view of the bay of Plakias, decorated with traditional stone walls and wooden tile roofs.
